Description: Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while working within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals and interventions as needed.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services to diverse student populations.
