Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become an integral part of our educational team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to assisting students in overcoming communication challenges, possess exceptional diagnostic and therapeutic abilities, and be dedicated to fostering a nurturing learning atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the diverse communication needs of students.
- Deliver SLP services to students in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow school staff to bolster students' communication skills.
- Maintain precise records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
- Active SLP License.
