Are you a licensed SLPA (Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant)? We are pleased to announce that we are now hiring SLPAs for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities: Daily tasks would include prevention, assessment, intervention, and program design efforts that are integrated within our school. The licensee must have the ability to work with a small variety of students ranging in age, demographic, and disability.

  • Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language-related disorders to discover and relate pertinent data used in the determination of student needs.
  • Assure the placement of students in the Speech-Language Pathologist program and support SLP objectives on IEPs.
  • Schedule students appropriately and provide consultative services to teachers, parents, admins, and allied agencies to integrate educational goals into the classroom, other educational programs, and the home environment.
  • Other duties may be assigned by administration or the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).


Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a State of Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) Licensure.


Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday
