We are currently seeking a motivated and bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team near Salida, California. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in providing comprehensive speech and language services to students.
• Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the guidance of the supervising SLP.
• Conduct therapy sessions with students, both in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to facilitate effective communication and student progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
• Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the state of California.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
