Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license or certification in the state Massachusetts
• Experience with in a school setting is preferred.
• Prior experience working with individuals with communication disorders preferred.
• Experience working with AAC devices preferred.
• Familiar with IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of speech therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
