• Department of Education (DOE) Certificate for the state of Colorado

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for an immediate, contract position in Colorado. This position is available from ASAP and will continue until the end of the school year. Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans and strategies.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders.
• Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support the speech and language needs of students.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Active SLPA License in the state of Colorado.
• DOE Certificate for Colorado.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
