  • Assist in conducting assessments and screenings to identify communication needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records.
  • Support clients in reaching their speech and language goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals.


  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program or equivalent.
  • Valid California SLPA license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various caseloads.
