Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Soliant Health is currently seeking multiple Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for a school district in San Bruno, CA for the 23-24 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position with a caseload that includes both elementary and preschool students.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide therapy to students with communication disorders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to students in both the elementary and preschool settings.
• Work with a diverse range of students with varying communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active SLPA license in California.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children and preschoolers with communication disorders is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
