Soliant has partnered with a district near Moss Landing, California who is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for a travel assignment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy services to students with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLPA state license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or educational setting
- Experience with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
