We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Spanaway, WA. This position provides a wonderful opportunity to work closely with students and help them achieve their communication goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in Therapy: Provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Implement Treatment Plans: Follow and implement individualized treatment plans as designed by the supervising SLP.
• Document Progress: Keep accurate records of student progress and report findings to the SLP.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs.
• Encourage Student Growth: Create a positive learning environment to help students improve their communication skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a related field.
• Licensure: Valid SLPA license in Washington or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
