Responsibilities:

As an SLPA, you will be responsible for assisting in the assessment and treatment of communication disorders in a school setting. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with Speech-Language Pathologists to plan and implement therapy sessions
• Providing one-on-one and small group therapy to students
• Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring and documenting student progress
• Participating in team meetings and communicating with parents and school staff

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license/certification 
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
