Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position near San Dimas, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA passionate about supporting students with speech and language disorders in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing therapy to students with communication disorders.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP.
• Support students in speech and language intervention activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
• Follow state and district guidelines for SLPA practice.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active California SLPA License issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of speech and language intervention techniques.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
