Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Are you a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) seeking an exciting opportunity in Houston, Texas? We are currently hiring for the '23-'24 school year and have positions available for both SLPs and experienced SLPAs with schools experience. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs and goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with the treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
Qualifications: For SLP:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Texas state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with a K-12 caseload is preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
For SLPA:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders or related field
- Valid Texas state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous experience working in schools as an SLPA is required
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
