We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow or SLP-CCC to join our dynamic team in Stratford. The successful SLP-CF candidate will work under the supervision of our licensed Speech Language Pathologists and gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in professional development activities and continuing education opportunities
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is preferred
