Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our team for the upcoming school year in Tacoma, Washington. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address speech and language disorders in collaboration with the IEP team
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
  • Monitor and document progress of students' communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the delivery of speech and language services

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Eligible for state licensure in Washington as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children with speech and language disorders preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for the assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
