Apply NowSoliant Health is looking for a highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with students in a school setting on a 36-week assignment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other members of the educational team to provide high-quality speech and language services to students. Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote communication skills in the classroom and at home
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
- Participate in meetings and training sessions related to speech and language services
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and communicate effectively with parents
