Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CFY)

Location: Phoenix, AZ and Surrounding Areas

Soliant is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic School Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CFY) for the 23/24 school year. This position is based near Phoenix, Arizona, and encompasses surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy services to individuals with communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress towards goals
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable insights on speech and language needs

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or expected graduation within the current academic year)
  • Completion of clinical fellowship (CFY) or eligibility for CFY
  • Valid Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience in a school setting or relevant practicum experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
