Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking an exciting opportunity to work with diverse students in San Bernardino, California? We are currently seeking a Full-Time SLP for our Extended School Year (ESY) program, serving students from kindergarten to twelfth grade. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to intervention
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and IEPs
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with a K-12 caseload is highly desirable
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
