Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Complete screenings to determine if students qualify for speech-related services.
Use software and other technology for note taking and recording IEP data.
Knowledge of Augmentative & Alternative Communication devices and can assist students with using high and low-tech devices.
Present at IEP meeting and collaborate with teachers and other therapists on the best course of treatment for students on caseload
Performs other speech related duties assigned by the SLP supervisor.
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active North Carolina SLP license
1 year of school-based SLP experience, preferred
