We have an exciting position available in Worcester, Massachusetts, for the '23-'24 school year. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student performance and progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Provide guidance and support to educational staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Massachusetts
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with a K-12 caseload is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Dedication to helping students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential
