Are you a skilled Speech Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students? Look no further! We are a reputable school district in Crown Point, IN, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Conduct therapy sessions to improve students' communication skills, articulation, fluency, and language abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate goals and strategies for students.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' needs and progress.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on speech and language disorders and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
