Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Lawrence, KS

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate SLP to join our partnered school district in Lawrence, KS for the 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' communication and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and social development
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy techniques and strategies as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for students' educational plans
- Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in speech-language pathology

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children and knowledge of school-based procedures and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements
