Are you a talented and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking an exciting opportunity near Crystal Lawns, IL? Soliant is currently hiring for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 23/24 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication skills across various settings
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of students' educational plans

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
