Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing company, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in West Lafayette, Indiana. This position is for the upcoming 23/24 school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Conduct therapy sessions to improve students' communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
  • Monitor students' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Indiana state license or ability to obtain one
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
