We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting near the Lancaster, TX area. The SLP will work with students of all ages with a variety of speech and language disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the school setting and be comfortable working with a diverse group of students and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy to students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' eligibility for services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support students' academic success
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas state licensure or the ability to obtain it
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
