Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Spring, TX. This position is open to both SLPs with the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' speech and communication needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on each student’s goals and IEPs.
  • Provide direct speech therapy to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create an integrated approach to supporting student development.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations.
  • Document and track student progress, adjusting therapy techniques and goals as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Texas state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse ages and communication needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position for the current school year.
  • Caseload will include a range of students with various speech and language disorders.
