Soliant is working with a district in the area of Fort Wayne, IN. We seek a contract Speech-Language Pathologist who is able to assist in covering a leave of absence this semester.

• Full-time
• In-person attendance preferred, but a mix of virtual and in-person services is possible
• Cover two buildings

We seek SLPs who are personable, accountable, and committed to the success of their students. 

Requirements:

• Active Indiana SLP license
• Active NPI number and familiarity with Medicaid billing
