Job Summary: We are excited to announce a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opening near Leesburg, FL, for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to support students' communication development.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and other relevant school activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of various assessment tools and therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
