Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - 23-24 School Year - Baltimore, MD!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 23-24 school year near Baltimore, Maryland. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with communication disorders, helping them improve their communication skills and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results, student goals, and academic requirements.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, language comprehension and expression, fluency, and social communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Maryland.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Previous experience working as an SLP, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in school-aged children.
