Position: Full-time Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate and diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language difficulties.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
