Speech Language Pathologist (SLP- CCC, CFY) Job Opening- Hartford, Connecticut

Soliant is currently seeking qualified individuals who are currently licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist or CFY. This is a school based full-time position. Selected candidate will work with students both in-person and virtually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assessing patient needs, evaluating, and developing effective patient treatment plans
  • Provide skilled Speech Therapy Services/Interventions
  • Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
  • Instructing patients and families on patient’s treatment plans
  • Advising, Consulting, and Instructing members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific Speech Therapy/Communication modalities
  • Observing and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to Physician and appropriate team members
  • Maintain documentation of reports and progress of therapy via our computer based program
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited program for Speech Language Pathology
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
  • Experience in School Setting (preferred)
