Position: Speech-Language Pathologist

Position Overview: Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Onsite School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students within our school district. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and treating speech and language disorders, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to excel.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide onsite therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support students' communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate actively in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to educational planning.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Maryland (SLP-CCC).
- Valid state of Maryland teaching certification preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations is preferred.
