Position Overview: Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Onsite School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students within our school district. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing, and treating speech and language disorders, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to excel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide onsite therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support students' communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress and treatment plans.
• Participate actively in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to educational planning.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology 
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of California (SLP-CCC).
• Valid state of California teaching certification 
• Previous experience in school-based settings or working with pediatric populations is preferred.
