Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Clemson, South Carolina. The Speech Language Pathologist will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with various communication disorders, as well as providing support to their families and caregivers.


  1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients' speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tests, clinical observations, and interviews.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
  3. Provide direct therapy services to clients, including individual sessions, group sessions, and consultations with caregivers and educational teams.
  4. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to address clients' speech, language, and communication needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
  5. Monitor clients' progress throughout the course of therapy, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document session notes and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the therapy team, including Speech Language Pathologist Assistants, occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and medical professionals, to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  7. Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to facilitate communication and enhance functional skills in daily activities.
  8. Stay informed about advancements in the field of speech-language pathology, participate in continuing education opportunities, and maintain licensure and certification requirements.


  1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  2. Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of South Carolina.
  3. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  4. Previous experience working with individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders in a clinical or educational setting.
  5. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for a wide range of communication disorders and populations.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  7. Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to the needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities.
  8. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional conduct in the provision of speech-language pathology services.
