Soliant Health is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position is with a reputable school district located in Clinton, WI. Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' speech and language development
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Wisconsin state license (or eligible to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
