Soliant Health is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position is with a reputable school district located in Clinton, WI. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' speech and language development
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services provided
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Wisconsin state license (or eligible to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
