Soliant Health is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Faribault, Minnesota, for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position that requires working 40 hours per week on-site. The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with various communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans
- Attend meetings, conferences, and professional development activities as required
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Current certification of clinical competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Minnesota state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
