Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hartford, VT

Soliant Health is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Hartford, Vermont, for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position that requires working 37.5 hours per week on-site. The caseload will consist of approximately 30 students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
• Provide speech and language therapy to students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans
• Attend meetings, conferences, and professional development activities as required

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
• Current certification of clinical competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Vermont state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with K-12 students is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
