Job Overview:
Soliant Education is currently seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Boston, MA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population to help improve their communication skills in a dynamic and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Speech Therapy: Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs.
- Develop Individualized Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student's specific goals and needs.
- Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess and document student progress, adjusting therapy as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student development and success.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts.
- Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
