Responsibilities:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Soliant Health, you will:

• Assess and evaluate students' communication and language skills.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Active California SLP license.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
