Job Description:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in K-12
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech and language skills
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth
- Manage a caseload that aligns with the needs of the district
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of New Jersey
- ASHA certification preferred, but not required for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
