Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in East Orange, NJ

Job Description:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in K-12
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech and language skills
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth
• Manage a caseload that aligns with the needs of the district
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of New Jersey
• ASHA certification preferred, but not required for Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
