Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in Fishers, IN for the current school year. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students. The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit for both the SLP and the students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication and language needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and communication goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Active Indiana state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping students develop effective communication skills.
