Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Walla Walla, WA

Soliant Health is partnering with a Walla Walla, Washington school district to find a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year. Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students within the school district.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop appropriate goals.
• Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide valuable input on students' progress and needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Washington State License for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to enhancing students' communication skills and overall well-being.

Additional Information:

• This position is full-time, with the option for onsite or virtual work.
• Immediate start date, continuing through the end of the current school year.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
• The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview.
