Soliant Health is partnering with a Walla Walla, Washington school district to find a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year. Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students within the school district.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop appropriate goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide valuable input on students' progress and needs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Washington State License for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to enhancing students' communication skills and overall well-being.
Additional Information:
- This position is full-time, with the option for onsite or virtual work.
- Immediate start date, continuing through the end of the current school year.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
- The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview.
