  • Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organized student records.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
  • Stay current on best practices and advances in the field of speech-language pathology.
  • Support and advocate for students' communication needs.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • DE state licensure as an SLP.
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and dedication to improving students' communication skills.
