We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Murrieta, California. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language services to individuals of all ages. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in both children and adults.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address communication issues.
- Provide therapy services to clients in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Keep accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education and support.
- Attend regular meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active California State licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Prior school-based experience required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children and adults with a variety of communication disorders.
