Are you a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding opportunity to support students' communication and academic success? Soliant is currently seeking a passionate SLP to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position with a caseload ranging from K-12th grade students.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions based on students' goals and objectives
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide integrated support for students' communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of effective intervention strategies
- Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to enhance students' speech and language skills
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Provide training and guidance to teachers and staff regarding effective communication strategies and accommodations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid South Carolina state license or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with K-12th grade students in a school setting
- Knowledge of a variety of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and AAC devices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
