Position Type: Part-time and Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Onsite

Contract Period: September 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024

Starting Pay: $42 per hour

School Grades: Pre-K - 12th

Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. This is a contract position, and we are offering competitive pay with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in Pre-K through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Washington state licensure as an SLP.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
