Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team in California (CA). This is a full-time, in-person position that involves working with elementary and secondary students. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Provide speech therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certification (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience working with elementary and secondary students is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
