Soliant Health is currently seeking multiple qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school district in North Highlands, CA for the upcoming school year. These full-time, onsite positions offer an exciting opportunity to work with students and contribute to their speech and language development. Multiple caseloads are available, providing flexibility and the chance to work with various age groups.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate goals and strategies
- Monitor and document students' progress regularly
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Experience with multiple caseloads is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
