We are seeking a talented and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at a school near Burleson, Texas. This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to make a positive impact on the lives of students in the community. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply and will be provided with support and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication skills
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required for Clinical Fellows
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and support
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for helping students overcome communication challenges
