Contract Agency is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join a respected school district near Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a temporary, full-time position with a commitment from September 12, 2023, through May 24, 2024, encompassing the full school year.   • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique communication goals of each student.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate speech and language strategies into the general education curriculum.
  • Monitor and document student progress, collecting data and reporting outcomes to the educational team.
  • Offer guidance and support to students, helping them improve their speech and language abilities and fostering effective communication.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech and language pathology.
  • Serve students across two school levels, one Elementary and one Middle School.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 students, including general education and special education students on the diploma track (no lifeskills).


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Indiana state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality speech and language services to students.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Dedication to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
  • Availability to work full-time for the duration of the assignment (September 12, 2023, through May 24, 2024).
